description La inimputabilidad de acuerdo con la dogmática penal se ubica en la culpabilidad, donde aquella no exime de responsabilidad, sino que la conducta se adecua por razones endógenas y exógenas del autor, condición que no generara un juicio de reproche absoluto, pues para que pueda ser de tal magnitud, dichas características deben estar ausentes al momento de cometer el injusto penal condiciones psíquicas, físicas y cognoscitivas; teniendo en cuenta la función militar y su régimen, encontramos que la actividad humana desplegada encuentra en el ámbito de la inimputabilidad aspectos que permiten adecuar decisiones en los ámbitos del proceso penal militar.
