description El aprendizaje kinestésico es uno de los estilos de en qué procesamos la información a partir del el movimiento del cuerpo, sensaciones, y sentidos, el cuerpo es un medio por el cual podemos apropiar y construir conocimiento, si realizamos actividades en el aula universitaria que involucren el cuerpo tendremos beneficios desde el punto de vista social, personal, físico y académico puesto que podemos realizar actividad física moderada e integrarla con los contenidos y temas de nuestras asignaturas. El cuerpo como medio de comunicación es primordial, las posturas, los gestos, y las acciones que realizamos en el aula de clase están enviando mensajes tanto para estudiantes como para los docentes los cuales podemos interpretar y hacer de estos una herramienta de apoyo en el aula. Las actividades en las que involucramos acciones de respeto, atención, afecto nos da la posibilidad de sensibilizar a docentes y estudiantes con el fin de tener relaciones interpersonales, para aceptar al otro desde todas sus dimensiones. El cuerpo y sus manifestaciones nos enseñan a determinar lo bueno y los aspectos a mejorar La educación en la universidad está en cambios permanentes,

The kinestesic learning is one of the ways in which we perceive the information through the movement of the body, the sensations and senses, we can adapt and build knowledge, if we carry out activities in the university classroom that involve the body in movement, we will get benefices in different aspects of our lives like social, personal, physic and academic, being that we can perform physic activities and integrate them with the concepts and the contents to develop in our signatures. The body as a way to communicate is very important, the posture, the gestures and the actions that we perform en the classroom are related with the body language. All that we fell we express it through the body, if we understand and interpret these messages, they will be of great value for the students and teachers being that we can recognize the disposition and the attitude of some and others.
