Este documento mostrara las etapas comprendidas desde la creación y el levantamiento de información hasta la desarrollo de dicha herramienta, esto con el fin de describir de donde nace la idea de diseñarla, porque es tan importante el cuidado y el manejo correcto del presupuesto y los indicadores, adicionalmente cual es el mecanismo para integrar la ejecución presupuestal de los contratos con respecto a las Ordenes Estadísticas. Por medio de esta herramienta se generan informes de gestión presupuestal, ejecución de los contratos y el desarrollo de los indicadores del Tablero Balanceado de Gestión del Oleoducto Central S.A. Ocensa. |
