Por otra parte es fundamental entender que la aplicación de estas habilidades gerenciales, está condicionada a la adecuada dirección de los recursos humanos que una organización tiene a su disposición para cumplir con sus objetivos organizacionales, y bajo este argumento se puede relacionar el concepto de liderazgo, como mecanismo fundamental para amalgamar la explotación positiva de habilidades gerenciales y la potencialización de las competencias de los colaboradores de la organización. |
