| Summary: | This essay has been elaborated with the purpose of promoting the different strategies developed, and some implemented in the city of Bogota, so that all those populations in situation of vulnerability and / or extra age can finish their educational process. To this end, the Capital District is committed to flexible educational models and methodologies (MEF) that promote access and permanence to the population and adjust to the needs of students in terms of time, geographical location and vulnerability. These are proposals for formal education, for all levels of education and are implemented articulated with the Institutional Education Projects (PEI) of the official and / or private educational institutions of the city. The primary purpose of these methodologies is to restore the fundamental right to education, especially the school-age population that is out of school or young people and adults who have not completed their formal and basic formal education process, providing them with learning opportunities For life through the strengthening of basic competences, citizens and social-emotional, so that they are forgers of citizen culture, responsible with the environment and protagonists of the progress and development of the city and the country. The dissemination of the different strategies of attention is deeply necessary, given the context and politico-social situation that Colombia is experiencing, within the framework of post-conflict, educational strategies that are strengthening over time and that are increasingly in demand in Different locations in Bogotá. |
