Mediante la implementación de propuestas hechas por otras empresas y la gestión de transporte: estrategias de ubicación y sistemas de manejo busca solucionar esta problemática. Por lo tanto, esta situación merece una atención prioritaria en el diseño y la gestión del sistema logístico pues, el transporte es una parte fundamental para que la empresa pueda competir y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y proveedores.
