Los datos se procesaron con el IBM SPSS statistic 20,0. Se encontraron 11 pacientes, 18 pies con expansión previa a la corrección quirúrgica, lo cual da una frecuencia de 0,76 casos/año y 1,24 pies equino varo con expansión tisular/año. Se usó expansor rectangular de 200,0cc, un promedio de infiltración de 91,011,2cc. Luego de seguimiento promedio de 16,74,8 meses, el resultado fue satisfactorio en el 80% de los pacientes. Hubo un retiro voluntario del expansor y se presentaron 2 complicaciones (18,2%), una con necrosis de colgajos debida a trastornos vasculares y una extrusión del expansor. Se concluye que en el Hospital Militar Central la expansión tisular es una opción segura, confiable y reproducible para el cubrimiento estético del área cruenta postcorrección quirúrgica del pie equino varo.

Under a series retrospective epidemiological design such cases, the stories of clubfoot treated at the Plastic Surgery since 2000 coated by tissue expansion patients were reviewed. The data were recorded in Microsoft Excel and processed with IBM SPSS statistic 20.0. 11 patients, 18 feet expansion prior to surgical correction, which gives a frequency of 0.76 Cases / year and 1.24 feet with tissue equine varus / year found expansion. 200.0 expander rectangular cc, an average 91,011,2cc infiltration was used.
