El uso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones como producto de la inteligencia artificial se ha convertido también en herramienta fundamental para el éxito de las organizaciones. Así mismo, este documento menciona como la inteligencia artificial podría tener efectos negativos respecto al posible desplazamiento del trabajo humano y como podría afectar la vida laboral de los trabajadores.
