El presente ensayo tiene como propósito general presentar un análisis de la estructura tarifaria del servicio público de aseo en la ciudad de Bogotá al igual que las actividades que componen la prestación del servicio, el desarrollo del texto pretende que el lector pueda entender cómo funciona la prestación del servicio, quienes ejecutan las actividades operativas, que normatividad rige el servicio y como se calculan los costos por actividad ejecutada para finalmente determinar la tarifa a cobrar a los suscriptores de acuerdo con el estrato socio económico y con el tipo de usuario que tenga registrado en el catastro de usuarios. A lo largo del texto, se presenta normas del orden nacional y distrital que regulan la actividad del servicio público de aseo, se expone el modelo de prestación del servicio en la ciudad de Bogotá y se da a conocer los cinco (5) operadores del servicio que tiene la ciudad y su área de prestación de servicio, se explica el modelo del sistema de solidaridad que impacta directamente la tarifa, se presenta los tipos de usuarios y los costos fijos y variables para el cálculo de la tarifa a la luz de la Resolución CRA 720 de 2015 y finalmente, se hace un análisis de los valores facturados, recaudados, cartera y evolución de la tarifa entre un periodo de tiempo definido entre enero del año 2020 y hasta junio del año 2024. |

The development of the text aims to enable the reader to understand how the service is provided, who performs the operational activities, what regulations govern the service and how the costs are calculated per activity performed to finally determine the rate to be charged to subscribers according to the socio-economic stratum and the type of user registered in the user registry.
