Likewise, parallel to the point of view of National Security And Defense, it also pretends to determine which must be the position of the educational system of the Colombian Armed Forces - SEFA (military colleges, military academies, schools, institutes, etc...) , related to the formation of new commanders, keeping in mind the new threats of XXI century."Este ensayo tiene como objetivo realizar un acercamiento al concepto de nuevas amenazas o amenazas emergentes que presenta el actual contexto mundial paralelo al fenómeno de la globalización, determinar cuáles son las principales amenazas para los Estados y de esta manera encontrar respuestas a la pregunta: ¿cuáles son los retos en la formación de oficiales relacionados con esas nuevas amenazas?.
