Throughout the development, the work has become the process of managing internal audits from a policy perspective as it has been realized before being one more of the advice and control has been updated. flaws in the limits of the maximum errors.Este trabajo tiene como fin encontrar las fallas en los procesos de administración de los inventarios que la Agencia Logística de las Fuerzas Militares, presento en el periodo 2016 – 2018, para lo cual es fundamental observar los lineamientos que desde el año 2016 están en uso para el control de los procesos, luego de entender las guías que propone el estado por medio de la Función Pública, es necesario entender como se ha venido desarrollando el proceso de auditorías a lo largo de ese periodo de tiempo, tomando algunos ejemplos en los cuales se encontraron fallas; analizado punto por punto estas fallas se busca entender las dificultades que los funcionarios pudieron tener al momento de realizar sus procesos misionales.
