For this reason, Colombian entrepreneurs recognize the immense social benefit that family compensation funds fulfill on different social fronts that benefit workers, proposing development plans in tools that contribute to improving the quality of life, regulate poverty and generate alternatives. economic development programs for the Colombian population where the necessary resources are assigned for this purpose. They are in charge of collecting, distributing and paying the contributions destined to the family subsidy, Organizing and managing the works and programs established for the payment of the family subsidy in kind or services, in accordance with the provisions of the law, Execute, with other Savings Banks. , or through links with public or private organizations and entities that carry out social security activities, service programs, within the order of priorities indicated by law, and Comply with the other functions specified by law; providing services to the population such as Health, education, recreation, culture, tourism, sports.
