Los ERP son herramientas que se utilizan para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión de proyectos en las diferentes industrias, la construcción es una de las locomotoras que impulsan la economía del país, por supuesto debe apoyar su operación en un sistema que le permita manejar la información que emanan las obras civiles en tiempo real, como en el mercado se encuentran varias opciones que son de uso general y otras de uso especializado las empresas constructoras buscan el ERP que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades y quienes dan el veredicto que permite elegir la herramienta son los profesionales de la construcción, son ellos los encargados de señalar cuales son las características que debe reunir la opción con la que la empresa debe trabajar. Conversando telefónicamente con profesionales que laboran en las áreas de gestión de los proyectos de construcción y que tienen a su cargo el procesamiento de la información que se utiliza para la ejecución de las obras civiles observamos que en Bogotá existen varias opciones que cumplen las características de un ERP y otras que trabajan para llegar a este nivel, y particularmente hay una opción que cumple con las características para ser un ERP y es una de las más reconocidas por que la utilizan las constructoras más grandes del país. Gratamente encontramos que la mayoría de las opciones que hay en el mercado de este tipo de herramientas son de origen nacional diseñadas de acuerdo a la idiosincrasia propia de la ingeniería Colombiana, también se validó la eficiencia que aporta el uso de un ERP en la gestión y construcción de las obras civiles. |
