description En los últimos años la inteligencia artificial ha tomado un papel importante en la cotidianidad y en las organizaciones. En efecto, el presente articulo tiene como propósito principal examinar los aportes, identificar cambios, desafíos y su contribución a la alta gerencia en un marco visual desde el sector salud, educación y transporte. A partir de una revisión documental académica y exploración de artículos científicos, se realizó la búsqueda de la información utilizando palabras clave e investigaciones originales publicadas en bases de datos indexadas. Finalmente, se evidencian aspectos positivos y la necesidad de involucrar la IA para el crecimiento económico y generar en las organizaciones eficiencia en procesos productivos, administrativos y en la reducción de costos de operación.

Indeed, the main purpose of this article is to examine the contributions, identify changes, challenges, and their contribution to senior management in a visual framework from the health, education, and transportation sectors. Based on an academic documentary review and exploration of scientific articles, the information was searched using keywords and original research published in indexed databases.
