Finally we see a conclusion where we can define whether it is sufficient to strengthen the presence of State policies and subsidies grants of aid to farmers or to implement other strategies more dynamic economy .El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender la importancia y la eficiencia de los apoyos del Estado a la industria agrícola para el fortalecimiento de la economía Colombiana, miraremos la evolución de las estrategias impulsadas por los diferentes gobiernos durante las ultimas décadas, con el fin de acercarnos un poco más a comprender si estas fueron acordes a la necesidades que se tenían en la época y miraremos las estrategias actuales del Plan de Nacional de Desarrollo con relación a la reactivación de la economía agraria.
