Toda estrategia financiera debe tener un plan financiero que las organizaciones deben implementar para el desarrollo del negocio estableciendo metas proyectando en términos monetarios el resultado futuro que se desea alcanzar identificando los recursos necesarios que se requieren para lograrlo, la globalización, los cambios en el mercado, la entrada de nuevos competidores, las perspectivas económicas, las ventajas y desventajas competitivas entre otros factores son escenarios para elaborar una buena planeación
