En este artículo se presenta la Gestión de Riesgos para un Proyecto de Infraestructura, aplicable para la Construcción de un edificio, específicamente durante la Fase de Diseño, la cual es la base fundamental para el inicio de la construcción. En esta etapa de ejecución se inician muchos eventos que se desviarán de aquello que se ha esperado en la planeación y podrán materializarse. Para darle un mejor manejo a este tipo de eventos se utiliza la metodología propuesta por la Guía PMBOK que contiene la identificación, Análisis Cualitativo y Cuantitativo, y finalmente Planes de Contingencia. De acuerdo a este análisis, los riesgos de tipo Operacional y Técnico son los que más afectan este tipo de proyectos, con un buen control es posible disminuirlos, tomar decisiones más asertivas y realizar diseños estructurales económicos y seguros para que junto con el constructor se logren los objetivos y su alcance. |
