Analysis of the action plan established by the Public Higher Education Institutions in Colombia, for the implementation of the CCP in 2019

This essay analyzes the action plan that will be carried out by public institutions of higher education from the perspective of university autonomy, for the correct adaptation of the budget classification system, so that universities unify budget information and embrace to international standards of public finance. Likewise, it is analyzed how through integrated work of the largest public universities in the country, a successful implementation process is sought, which in the long term will be reflected in a higher level of transparency and how they make use of efficiency, therefore, with available resources to achieve your missional purposes.
