Así mismo tener en cuenta el compromiso de preservar el medio ambiente también se ha convertido en un costo que debe ser solventado y el cual no es nada económico llevarlo a cabo. El presente artículo busca analizar cuales procesos pueden implementar los contratistas en las construcciones de vivienda para el manejo de los materiales y los desechos que se derivan de su actividad (logística verde), así mismo recomendar estrategias para la aplicación de la logística inversa con el fin de darle un mayor aprovechamiento a sus actividades; para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica acerca del tema de logística inversa y logística verde con el fin de determinar cuál ha sido su evolución a través de los años y cuál es la manera más adecuada de implementarlas dentro de las empresas.The suitable use of the resources in any company is a determinant factor in his managerial performance, the good managing of the raw materials and the suitable waste of the surpluses also are an influential factor for the organizations, in case of the companies of construction to do a suitable use of the materials used in the works means a great opportunity of business, provided that between less waste it takes place major it will be the profitability. Likewise bear in mind the commitment to preserve the environment also has turned into a cost that it must be settled and which is not economic at all to carry out it.
