Los eventos terroristas o de interferencia ilícita en la Aviación Civil han existido desde tiempos remotos y con el paso del mismo los Estados han permanecido vulnerables ante la creciente imaginación de quienes ejecutan dichos sucesos, sin embargo, existen normas tanto nacionales como internacionales que buscan salvaguardar las naciones de estos hechos, tipificando las conductas como delitos y ejecutando las sanciones para los infractores de la Ley. En el caso de Colombia, país estigmatizado por los actos terroristas, ha ratificado los Convenios relativos a la represión de actos ilícitos contra la Aviación Civil, a excepción del Convenio de Beijing de 2010. En tal sentido a pesar de que este último Convenio contempla disposiciones nuevas favorables para el Estado Colombiano, siempre será escaso un esquema jurídico penal, nacional o internacional para la opresión que vive Colombia frente a la impunidad en la que se encuentra sometido día a día el País. |
