From this perspective, the main items taken into account in the defense sector are studied because of their importance and involvement, are of special interest to the Ministry of National Defense (DND) to the National Planning Department (DNP). In this way, obtaining resources, the planning, the distribution of expenditure and the results are reviewed. Additionally, the main factors that determine the allocation of resources for this expenditure are examined, as well as the methodology used to allocate the percentages corresponding to each item. As several sources consulted agreed that the person who most affected the GDS theme of the pension burden, followed by investment in technology, the government submitted to Congress its National Development Plan, giving importance to the issue of security, it is clear that the assignment of a higher or lower percentage has an impact on the country's economy.
