PARÁMETROS DE MANEJO AMBIENTAL A IMPLMENTAR EN LA MICROCUENCA SOCHA Debido a la falta de planificación ambiental en el territorio colombiano a nivel rural, se han implementado políticas de desarrollo mediante políticas locales, regionales, departamentales y nacionales, las cuales no han sido las más apropiadas, lo que ha permitido que el desarrollo sea mínimo desde el punto de vista social y económico presentándose una alta afectación a los recursos naturales. Por lo anterior se hace necesario que se creen nuevas metodologías que busquen un mejor desarrollo a nivel rural, como es el caso particular de las veredas El Rodeo, Frailejonal y El Volcán en la Microcuenca Socha del municipio de la Calera – Cundinamarca, por lo que se busca mediante la implementación de Parámetros de Manejo Ambiental en esta zona, mantener un equilibrio y un desarrollo económico, social y político, acorde con las características y ofertas ambientales presentes en estas veredas, de tal manera que los resultados se enfoquen hacia un desarrollo sostenible fundamental para la población que reside en esta zona, frente a las necesidades desde el punto de vista social, económico, dado que es un sector que está siendo transformado de forma inadecuada por las políticas de construcción de viviendas campestres permitidas por la alcaldía municipal de La calera y de Planeación Municipal, siendo muy apetecidas estas tierras dada la cercanía a la ciudad de Bogotá, al paisaje natural que este sector ofrece y la construcción de la vía Paralela de Oriente, que busca conectar a la ciudad de Villavicencio con el norte de Bogotá, municipios de Cundinamarca y demás departamentos. |
