El diagnostico se realiza bajo el modelo de una lista de chequeo donde se van a verificar los ítems o cláusulas que debe tener cualquier organización implementadas desde el capítulo IV al X que son objeto de seguimiento y/o estudio para considerar que se tiene un sistema de gestión de calidad bajo los parámetros de la norma anteriormente mencionada. El objetivo final de este diagnóstico es que la Gerencia tome la decisión de emprender el camino para la implementación de su SGC como es su deseo para equipararse a las empresas de su sector.This article presents the different moments that arise for the elaboration of the diagnosis between the General Management of REMARQ SAS and the professional who is carrying out this analysis where we want to know the degree of current implementation of the quality management system under the parameters established by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard against the current situation of the organization object of said analysis. The diagnosis is made under the model of a checklist where they will verify the items or clauses that any organization must have implemented from chapter IV to X that are subject to monitoring and / or study to consider that you have a system of quality management under the parameters of the aforementioned standard.
