Con el objeto de entender las posibilidades con el que cuenta el personal militar para su incorporación a la vida civil y más exactamente al ámbito de la seguridad privada, es preciso delimitar cuáles son esas fortalezas con el que este personal cuenta a fin de encaminar su doctrina infundida en un entorno castrense, y así establecer cuáles son estos lineamientos que puedan ser explotados en el escenario de la seguridad privada y de cuales este personal carece para que de esta forma se infunda la necesidad de prever la capacitación con un enfoque gerencial y administrativo el cual permita complementar sus conocimientos y experiencia adquiridos, logrando formar personal altamente capaz de afrontar los nuevos retos a los que se afrontara el militar en el postconflicto. |
