Se identifica que hay una entidad: La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social – UGPP-, que es la encargada en su mayoría de realizar las acciones en contra de la evasión; las acciones son los tratamientos persuasivos, de fiscalización, capacitaciones y sanciones.
