description El presente análisis aplicado es presentado con la intensión de determinar las diferentes variables que deben tenerse en cuenta para lograr un control estadístico en los Niveles Aceptables de Seguridad Operacional NASO, a través del diseño de una ayuda informática que permita el manejo eficaz del almacenaje de la información de seguridad operacional. Se ejecutó el trabajo con un tipo de investigación explicativa y su método de investigación fue deductivo, el cual permitió establecer directrices elementales para lograr el diseño de una ayuda informática que permitiera establecer el manejo los Niveles Aceptables de Seguridad Operacional (NASO) en empresas aéreas en Colombia.
