El Sistema Integrado de Información Financiera, SIIF Nación fue creado básicamente para afianzar la información financiera de las entidades las cuales hacen parte del presupuesto general de la nación en la parte central y descentralizada, para así llegar a obtener la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad en el manejo de los recursos de la nación, de la misma forma este sistema está compuesto por una serie de módulos, los cuales trabajan conjuntamente para tener una información más coherente, como lo son los perfiles contables, los perfiles presupuestales y los perfiles de tesorería, en el cual todos hacen parte de la cadena presupuestal básica, en la cual hace parte una solicitud certificado de disponibilidad presupuestal, continuando con un registro presupuestal, el cual es utilizado para realizar una cuenta por pagar, seguidamente realizando una obligación y para finalizar esta cadena una orden de pago; teniendo en cuenta que no solo estas transacciones se pueden presentar, de igual manera dicho sistema día a día con sus actualizaciones y requerimientos que realiza cada entidad, va mejorando y dando respuesta a algunos vacíos los cuales se pueden presentar. |
