Summary:This document emphasizes primarily on a review of the literature in which several writings by different authors in which the amendments to the standard shown on education, policies and objectives, funding system, results in issues are taken into account efficiency, influential in the quality of education, coverage, closing gaps, possibility equally income to education in both rural and urban areas, economic growth and development, and influences education determinants of poverty factors. All topics above are developed and mentioned herein, in order to take into account several studies in education at the time to make determinations of a positive or negative impact of public policies that have been taken into account study time on the subject of education.
