description La realización de este ensayo fue enfocado principalmente en conocer y divulgar las modalidades delictivas en las entidades financieras teniendo la intención de proponer estrategias, políticas y soluciones para mitigar estas acciones delictivas que cada vez ocurren con más frecuencia en nuestro país, Las modalidades delictivas que impacta el sector financiero con mayor frecuencia son el fleteo, paquete chileno, suplantación de funcionarios, sometimiento por medio de drogas como la escopolamina y el hurto en los cajeros automáticos; dentro de las políticas de seguridad que implementa una entidad financiera son tomadas de protocolos propuestos por Gobierno Nacional como la circular externa 052 divulgada por la superintendencia financiera de Colombia, que fue creado con el propósito de proteger al cliente y que la entidad financiera se responsabilizara de la seguridad del cliente cuando este hace uso de sus productos, así mismo el autocuidado hace parte importante en la prevención contra el hurto.
