Formation of an Ethical Culture in Sustainable Water to Children and Youth in Colombia

Teaching the culture water should be compulsory in primary and secondary schools. It seeks to consolidate in schools linked to early care and clean water no pollution to reach the community, as a multiplier effect. The teaching content related to water should enter the curricula of schools and should be mandatory and permanent. We must harness the innate condition that the children like to investigate; it is a motivation for the nature of the physical, emotional and intellectual growth, so it is good to learned activities as a challenge, relating environments. The best, after all, is to gain the knowledge of children through participatory research that leads to awareness, under the principles of freedom and truth. No instill these notions, it is impossible to speak of a heavy water culture in children. They have to create their own culture derived agents generators being active and not just consumers of an imposed culture. The knowledge related to the history of water and its various aspects related to its scarcity and care should be a state policy that transcends partisan politics, which is why from citizen participation should propose the educational content of the culture water in Colombia.
