El factor humano de seguridad en el pasado, ha contribuido notablemente al desarrollo de estrategias en temas de seguridad de las organizaciones, pero en el presente la participación de este en la mesa directiva no ha sido tan notable, además la contribución de ideas para lograr y alcanzar los objetivo de la organización se ha visto un poco afectado, puesto que es difícil que se incluya al factor humano de seguridad como parte fundamental de la mesa directiva en la toma de decisiones. Teniendo en cuenta que el director de seguridad, es quien gestiona de manera integral los riesgos y estos son aplicados transversalmente a todos los procesos de la organización con miras a minimizarlos para obtención de los resultados propuestos. |
