Para el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación se han diseñado herramientas que facilitan la validación del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por dicha norma y promueven el planteamiento de soluciones aplicables a las oportunidades de mejora identificadas para fortalecer todos los componentes de su sistema de gestión y promover la mejora continua del mismo. Es el deseo de LACET mantener la acreditación ante la ONAC en el tiempo ya que para la organización esto representa su reconocimiento como un laboratorio que cumple con las competencias de calibración y ensayo exigidas por los organismos nacionales e internacionales de acreditación. La finalidad de este artículo de investigación es generar un insumo que le permita a la organización fortalecer el su sistema de gestión e identificar oportunamente las oportunidades los no cumplimientos que se presenten durante la realización de sus actividades para abordarlas y mitigar su impacto.The present is a descriptive article, which deals with the methodological proposal of interdisciplinary groups of continuous improvement (EIMC) for the calibration laboratory of topographic equipment LACET belonging to the center for the development of the habitat and construction CDHC, SENA regional Antioquia, which It is in the process of being accredited before the ONAC in relation to ISO 17025:2005. For the development of this work, tools have been designed to facilitate the validation of compliance with the requirements demanded by this standard and promote the approach of solutions applicable to identified improvement opportunities to strengthen all the components of its management system and promote improvement continuous of it. It is the desire of LACET to maintain accreditation with the ONAC in time since for the organization this represents its recognition as a laboratory that complies with the calibration and testing competences required by national and international accreditation bodies.
