En el trabajo se analiza el marco regulatorio de drones en Colombia identificando las exigencias que impiden el uso de drones comerciales en el país, seguido del análisis del mismo en Europa y Estados Unidos como referentes para hacer una comparación entre las tres regulaciones, en la cual se encuentran diferencias y similitudes que conlleva a ultimar que Colombia no tiene normas adecuadas para el desarrollo de la industria de drones y que afecta el avance de la tecnología en el país, sin embargo, es posible que la autoridad aeronáutica colombiana realice cambios en su regulación con el objetivo de ser más competitivo a nivel internacional y abrir puertas a la innovación y evolución de los drones con normas flexibles sin descuidar la seguridad aérea. |
