Estas opiniones en las que se discuten sobre si son excesivas las funciones constituciones asignadas al jefe del Ministerio Público, proponen audazmente la supresión de este órgano de control. Sin embargo, una mirada reposada advierte la necesidad de esquemas de control en un Estado Social de Derecho, pero reconoce la oportunidad de generar propuestas para la elección de esta dignidad que garanticen una administración de justicia disciplinaria imparcial e independiente.
