El presente trabajo propone una estructura aplicable a las fundaciones de apoyo social, bajo el enfoque proporcionado por el Project Management Institute que desarrolla una serie de mejoras a los procesos para el alcance, el tiempo, las actividades, los costos y comunicaciones que actualmente tiene la fundación Seguridad & Desarrollo en la ejecución de sus proyectos de carácter social. La metodología es válida para la implementación inicial o modificar las estructuras organizacionales existentes en las fundaciones sin ánimo de lucro con el fin de garantizar la gestión de buenas prácticas de gestión. La metodología plantea una estructura con roles y responsabilidades claras, con actividades asignadas por grupos y distribución de proyectos por temas, a través de los cuales se elimina la duplicidad de actividades, y los tiempos ineficientes, y plantea un mecanismo para gestionar la comunicaciones como punto de partida para cumplir las metas de la entidad. |

The methodology is valid for the initial implementation or modified existing organizational structures in non-profit foundation in order to ensure the management of good management practices.
