Este ensayo sobre la insuficiencia en la formación del talento humano en el ambiente del comercio internacional, particularmente en la alta gerencia, tiene como principal objetivo la reflexión, el cuestionamiento y la concientización respecto a dicha problemática, máxime de las partes generadoras, activamente implicadas y afectadas como son la comunidad académica, las organizaciones, el Estado y en general la sociedad. Dicho cuestionamiento surge tanto de las precarias experiencias de la alta gerencia vislumbradas así como de la preocupación de empresarios y gobiernos ante el estancamiento laboral que se evidencia en la imposibilidad de cubrir las vacantes principalmente aquellas vinculadas con los roles claves del comercio especializado. Es imperativo considerar el capital humano y el conocimiento como recursos invaluables y su desarrollo global exitoso depende directamente de las sinergias positivas que debe generar una coactiva relación entre academia-empresa-Estado. La formación superior de la alta gerencia en el comercio internacional es una responsabilidad que implica un aprendizaje individual que requiere ser complementado con un trabajo colectivo. Su esencia misma deriva de la necesidad de promover la circulación de cerebros y talentos con potencial a través de las fronteras geográficas y organizativas internacionales. |

This question arises from the precarious experiences glimpsed in senior management as from the concern of employers and governments considering the labor impasse that is evident in the inability to fill vacancies mainly those related to the key roles of the specialized commerce. It is imperative to consider human capital and knowledge as invaluable resources and its successful global development depends directly on the positive synergies that should generate a coercive relationship between academia-industry-state.
