El presente trabajo, parte de la importancia que tiene el Liderazgo, para el ejército nacional es muy importante el tema del liderazgo militar, toda vez que es parte esencial para la existencia y mantenimiento de la disciplina militar. Desde donde se desprende el desarrollo de las operaciones militares y la gestión administrativa, aspectos esenciales para obtener los resultados tan esperados y exigidos por el mando superior y la sociedad en general. Ya que esto afecta directamente la conducta laboral de los hombres y por consiguiente el ambiente laboral en general de todos los integrantes del equipo de trabajo. Recordando que todos de alguna manera pertenecemos a uno. Dentro de la organización que nos aplica a la institución nadie es una rueda suelta. Y por esto mismo la fuerza elaboro las conocidas T.O.E. (Tablas de Organización y Equipo) para todas y cada una de las unidades tácticas, operativas menores y mayores y unidades especiales y allí se impone cual son los puestos que corresponden a las cargas laborales exigidas por la rama ejecutiva del gobierno nacional. Siendo la guía para la estructura administrativa y del manejo del talento humano. Como herramienta de los comandantes a todo nivel para el funcionamiento de las oficinas, secciones, dependencias y unidades militares de todo tipo. |
