| Summary: | The articulation of the private sector with the public, has become a strategy of Public Management in pursuit of compliance with the National Territorial Consolidation Policy ( NTP ) in the Macarena Regional - Caguan with presence of illicit crops . This region was the pilot project on the implementation of the NTP to recover the territory on behalf of the state , linking involving both public and private organizations in the region in search of conditions for their development efforts. For this it is necessary to outline the emergence of the National Policy of Territorial Consolidation - NTP , establish its normative foundation , the National Policy Exhibit Territorial Consolidation - NTP , identify implementation and scope thereof , coordinating state efforts with the private sector in Regional Management Macarena - Caguan in creating conditions for development and thus suggest a proposal for improvement in its implementation. |
