Local planning units suitability

This document presents to our knowledge a brief analysis management of public administration focused on Bogotá city; it includes integral aspects that give us a clear perspective in POT update about. The diagnosis is complemented with qualitative attributes supported by some articles within the POT, laws, contributors, such as a strong scaffold to argue a possible city impacts. The methodology to do a diagnosis used, “law 2116, 2021” to get a city panoramic about. for that reason, this analysis was focused on three ways: a) UPL b) Politic Management & organization c) Public needs. Finally, it concludes within territory updates are non-viable for the performance of each UPL in update proposal.
