Análisis comparativo entre los indices de pobreza y los niveles de cobertura de los servicios públicos domiciliarios (acueducto alcantarillado y aseo en Colombia)

The comparative analysis will be made having like the basis the monetary poverty indicators to measure the living conditions of the Colombian population, and knowing the new methodologies that are adopted in the country for both measuring poverty and the construction of public policies for the aggregate household income, getting a more precise measurement of poverty in Colombia. Similarly, it is taken into account information from the Reports of Stratification and Hedges at the SUI (Sistema Unico de Informacion / Unique system of information) of the SSPD (Superintendencia de Servicios Publicos Domiciliarios / Superintendet of public services) requested by the Superintendent of Public Utilities and directly must fill out all the city halls of the country. It proposes a kind of historical research correlational, since the data that is generally provide in the national and international statistics about the coverage of water, aqueduct, sewer and solid waste services, are from the national censuses of population, housing and survey of homes. However, expected to perform comparative analysis with AAA coverage, obtained from Stratification Report Covers the SUI, since according to the experience and Superservicios our view, this proposed calculation would be more in line with the reality of field by field the municipalities and not estimates
