Analysis of the measure of peak and plate, in the city of Bogotá

The purpose of this essay is to present the measure of pico y placa restrictions in Bogotá. The factors that have influenced decision-making over time, as well as a comparison in some aspects in recent years. The foregoing seeks to understand more easily the operation of measure, the positive factors and some to improve, based on the results of the implementation which complies with the rights and guarantees established in the Colombian political constitution of 1991; Resources such as bibliographic reviews, laws, decrees, among others, are used.
