Analysis of the budget cut to IDIPRON for the term 2023

In this essay is about the analysis of the budget allocations to the District Institute for the Protection of Children and Youth- IDIPRON, in the fiscal years 2022 and 2023, for this it is necessary to understand what the budget is, what it is for, how it works , where it comes from, among other functions it has, to carry out this analysis, the annual budgets for income and expenses of the Capital District authorized for fiscal years 2022 and 2023 are compared to the Sector of Social Integration which IDIPRON belongs, for this compares the budgets assigned in the years already mentioned above and the resources assigned to each investment project that the entity has, with what has already been indicated, it seeks to demonstrate the causes of the cut in resources that the entity suffered at the turn of the year, and which have come to do some of the prevention taken by the entity to be able to maintain the provision of the services in an ideal way to the beneficiary population without having to reduce the attention capacity of the entity. However, and despite the large budget cut that IDIPRON has had, due to the policies and decisions that the central administration has taken, there has been a harmonization between what was planned and what is actually required to fulfill the objectives that the institution wants to achieve. . Likewise, it is necessary to indicate that the budgetary resources that were assigned despite having been restricted and minimized should be focused on fulfilling the mission and strategic objectives, aimed at the efficient and timely development of the services provided to the beneficiary population, previously characterized, identified, and prioritized; meaning with this to say that public resources should always be at the service of the citizen.
