El presente documento muestra la Formulación de un proyecto de diseño de un sistema de seguridad física en el Centro Internacional Tequendama .El articulo presenta las principales metodologías y lineamientos utilizadas dentro de los cuales se evidencia el desarrollo de la Gestión del alcance, Gestión del tiempo y Gestión del costo de acuerdo con la metodología del PMI aplicado al diseño de proyecto de un sistema de seguridad física en el Centro Internacional Tequendama. A través de la ejecución del artículo presentado fue posible determinar la planificación adecuada para el desarrollo del proyecto basado en las metodologías establecidas en los fundamentos teóricos que permiten la correcta formulación del proyecto. |

A través de la ejecución del artículo presentado fue posible determinar la planificación adecuada para el desarrollo del proyecto basado en las metodologías establecidas en los fundamentos teóricos que permiten la correcta formulación del proyecto.The present document shows the Formulation of a project of design of a system of security in the International Center Tequendama .The article presents the principal methodologies and limits used inside which there is demonstrated the development of the Management of the scope, Management of the time and Management of the cost of agreement by the methodology of the PMI applied to the project design of a system of security in the International Center Tequendama.
