El presente ensayo tiene como fin dar respuesta al interrogante de ¿Es importante el Control Interno como mecanismo de vigilancia y seguimiento en los procesos de producción del Batallón de Intendencia Nº 1 “Las Juanas”?, Batallón que se encarga de producir elementos de intendencias para el Ejército Nacional. Y como el sistema de control Interno es una herramienta de control y seguimiento al cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales trazados para el proceso productivo. Permitiendo dar confianza a nuestro cliente interno con productos de alta calidad y cumplir con las necesidades solicitadas por las Unidades de Ejército.The internal control system is an established organizational culture for all public entities or those particular entities that have specific functions, for the implementation and sustainability, the government has established the implementation of the MECI "Standard Model of Internal Control" which is a tool managerial that has as purpose to serve of control of controls so that the entities of the State manage to fulfill with their institutional objectives and with the legal frame applicable to them. The purpose of this essay is to answer the question of Is Internal Control important as a monitoring and follow-up mechanism in the production processes of Intendancy Battalion Nº 1 "Las Juanas" ?, Battalion that is in charge of producing elements of intendancies for the National Army.
