description Al ver la gran ausencia de información vial de municipios, en el Sistema Integral Nacional de Información de Carreteras (SINC), se vio la necesidad de crear un proyecto en donde se enfocara en ayudar y apoyar la obtención de la información con tecnología de alta precisión para municipios de escasos recursos, como también capacitar la comunidad sobre el SINC. El aporte se hizo en el municipio de Nemocón, Cundinamarca al realizar un tramo piloto en donde se obtuvo todos los parámetros necesarios para ser subido a la base de datos del SINC. Esto ayudo a crear un enlace entre el municipio y la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) para futuros proyectos.

CONCLUSIONES 34 Bibliografía 35When seeing the great absence of road information of municipalities, in the National Integral System of Information of Roads (SINC), we saw the need to create a project where it will focus in helping and supporting the obtaining of the information with technology of high precision for municipalities with limited resources, as well as training the community on the SINC. The contribution was made in the municipality of Nemocón, Cundinamarca when carrying out a pilot section where all the necessary parameters were obtained to be uploaded to the SINC database.
