description En el 2020 el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones presentó al país el marco de transformación digital, que obliga a todas las entidades gubernamentales a desarrollar acciones que contribuyan a digitalizar sus procesos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se presenta un ensayo argumentativo que tiene por objetivo de estudio el proceso de aplicación y devolución de títulos de depósito judicial desde el punto de vista del ambiente digital. Para ello, se abordó una investigación de tipo descriptiva con una ruta metodológica mixta que incluyó el análisis de autores sobre el tema de ambiente digital en la gestión organizacional y el trabajo colaborativo, una revisión documental para describir el ambiente digital en la Subsecretaría respectiva teniendo en cuenta el tema de estudio y por último, la propuesta de una solución que incluyó el diseño de una lista de chequeo que tiene por objetivo mejorar la comunicación entre los abogados y el funcionario de ejecución de los títulos de depósito judicial que al mismo tiempo sirva para nuevos actores de este proceso a definir en qué etapa del trámite se encuentra el proceso de cobro coactivo a los contribuyentes morosos. Se recomienda que dicha herramienta se incluya en el historial del contribuyente.

Taking the above into account, an argumentative essay is presented whose objective is to study the process of requesting and returning judicial deposit titles from the point of view of the digital environment. For this purpose, a descriptive research was carried out with a mixed methodological journey that included the authors' analysis on the topic of the digital environment in organizational management and collaborative work, a documentary review to describe the digital environment in the respective Undersecretary taking into account the subject of study and finally, the proposal of a solution that included the design of a checklist that aims to improve communication between lawyers and the judicial deposit title execution officer that at the same time serves for new actors in This process defines what stage of the process is the coercive collection process from delinquent taxpayers.
