La pandemia de COVID-19 obligó a las empresas de software de todo el mundo a transitar rápidamente de entornos presenciales a modalidades remotas o híbridas. A pesar de que la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el fin de la emergencia sanitaria en mayo de 2023, el trabajo remoto se ha convertido en la nueva normalidad en la industria del software. Este proyecto investiga los factores que influyen en la desempeño y el bienestar de los desarrolladores de software en entornos remotos, híbridos y presenciales en el contexto pospandemia, con un enfoque particular en Colombia. El estudio combina datos recopilados en grupos focales realizados en las ciudades de Bogotá y Medellín junto con una revisión sistemática de la literatura, para identificar los principales factores que impactan la desempeño y el bienestar. Las opiniones de los desarrolladores de software fueron transcritas y clasificadas en factores predefinidos utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa, lo que permitió un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. Los resultados destacan los factores más relevantes en cada modalidad de trabajo (remoto, híbrido y presencial) teniendo en cuenta el impacto (negativo o positivo), así como los factores comunes entre modalidades de trabajo y categorías (desempeño y bienestar). |

A pesar de que la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el fin de la emergencia sanitaria en mayo de 2023, el trabajo remoto se ha convertido en la nueva normalidad en la industria del software. Este proyecto investiga los factores que influyen en la desempeño y el bienestar de los desarrolladores de software en entornos remotos, híbridos y presenciales en el contexto pospandemia, con un enfoque particular en Colombia. El estudio combina datos recopilados en grupos focales realizados en las ciudades de Bogotá y Medellín junto con una revisión sistemática de la literatura, para identificar los principales factores que impactan la desempeño y el bienestar. Las opiniones de los desarrolladores de software fueron transcritas y clasificadas en factores predefinidos utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa, lo que permitió un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo.
