Este proceso dio lugar a la formación de meandros, erosión, desprendimientos de tierra y frecuentes inundaciones que afectaron numerosas fincas en la región de la Isla de Bayonero, particularmente en el centro urbano de la vereda Reinera, ubicada en el departamento de Arauca, en la zona rural del municipio de Arauquita. Este desastre natural, sumado al conflicto armado que genera problemas de orden público y mantiene a la comunidad en constante estado de temor, llevó a un llamado urgente a las autoridades. En respuesta, este proyecto tiene como objetivo proporcionar orientación para la reubicación urbana hacia un nuevo terreno, buscando garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los habitantes afectados. |
