El desarrollo conceptual aborda la arquitectura como un sistema de límites corporales, donde los materiales, la luz y la espacialidad configuran experiencias significativas. A través de técnicas como entretejer y moldear, y mediante el diseño de dispositivos arquitectónicos experimentales, se definió una síntesis espacial que integra la flexibilidad funcional y la conexión visual con el contexto. El resultado es un edificio que articula bloques flotantes conectados por vacíos estratégicos, generando una interacción fluida entre los espacios comerciales y productivos. Las fachadas profundas y los grandes ventanales logran un equilibrio entre transparencia e intimidad, mientras que un techo cerámico, diseñado mediante impresión 3D, filtra la luz creando una atmósfera armónica. Este elemento unifica el proyecto y simboliza la conexión con la corriente del río Fucha, consolidando una propuesta arquitectónica coherente y transformadora.

The project aims to revitalize the Fucha River as an integrative axis, linking its natural surroundings with the urban and social fabric through a focus on the concepts of elemental simplicity, dynamism, and rhythm. The conceptual development approaches architecture as a system of corporeal boundaries, where materials, light, and spatiality create meaningful experiences. Techniques such as interweaving and molding, combined with experimental architectural devices, define a spatial synthesis that integrates functional flexibility and visual connection to the context. The result is a building composed of floating blocks connected by strategic voids, fostering a fluid interaction between commercial and productive spaces. Deep façades and expansive windows strike a balance between transparency and intimacy, while a 3D-printed ceramic roof filters light to create a harmonious atmosphere.
