| Summary: | This document aims to make a diagnosis of the participation of women in the Community Action Boards from the city of Bogotá, and based on the result, create a proposal aimed at promoting their leadership in these. Based on a review of the database of dignitaries and the electoral lists of the last period, it is shown that the participation of women is tied to specific positions, with little leadership and visibility. Following the design process and research, it seeks to understand the reasons behind this and the needs of community women so that the final proposal is an innovative and appropriate solution for the users. |
